KWIRE is a group of women in leadership roles in the renewable energy industry collaborating to help shape the grid of the future.

KWIRE was founded based on the principle that more progress is made when women come together as decision-makers. KWIRE connects female executives in small-group settings to facilitate the formation of deep relationships, execution of deals, advocacy for policy change, and in-depth discussion of the issues facing the energy transition and potential solutions thereto.
